Youth Financial Program, Grades 9-12
The Youth Financial Program offers the tools needed for life-long financial success. In this 5-week program, students are taught by subject matter experts and will receive guidance from financial coaches representing some of the top businesses in the metropolitan area and beyond. Participants will learn how to build the financial mindset that leads to wise money decisions, develop good habits related to their money, and prepare for the financial responsibilities of being an adult. Volunteer for our Youth Financial Program
The Youth Financial Program is a 5-week program for high school students grades 9-12. There are three opportunities to volunteer. Please note all volunteers must be local to the KC Metro area.
- Instructor
- Attend required training – (2 hours)
- 5-week commitment, minimum of 1 day/week
- Coach
- Attend required training – (1 hour)
- 1-3 students
- 2 classes, 3-month commitment
- Subject Matter Expert Guest Speaker
- Available in-person
- Attend 1 speaker event
