Many people want to start investing but aren’t sure where to begin. Maybe it feels complicated, maybe you’ve heard mixed advice, or maybe you’re worried about choosing the “wrong” thing. This workshop breaks everything down so you can understand the basics and start building confidence with your money. You don’t need a lot of experience (or a lot of money) to begin. You just need a clear foundation.
You’ll learn what investing actually is, how it helps your money grow over time, and how to choose investments that support your long-term goals. We’ll walk through common terms and options in a way that makes sense, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs, along with what “risk” really means and how to manage it. You’ll also learn how to set achievable goals and build an investment plan that fits your budget and comfort level.
Hybrid Format
This workshop is offered in a hybrid format, so you can join us in person in our classroom at our office in the 18th and Vine District or online via Zoom, whatever works best for you.
