Expanding Our Reach

In just 2.5 years, Pathway has experienced exponential growth. In 2023 alone, we served 869 learners and reached an additional 2,900 individuals through workshops, webinars, and community events. Our programs now span across high school students, adults, small business owners, and broader community outreach efforts—providing tailored guidance and resources to meet diverse financial needs.

Strengthening Partnerships

Collaboration has been key to our success. In 2023, we deepened relationships with colleges, high schools, and community organizations to enhance financial literacy and create bilateral referral channels. Through these strategic partnerships, we continue to broaden our pool of volunteers, mentors, and financial experts, ensuring high-quality education for all.

Leveraging Technology for Greater Impact

This year, we launched our Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS), allowing us to extend our reach beyond Kansas City. A successful test case with Marine Corps veterans in San Antonio highlighted the platform’s ability to facilitate distance learning and provide customized financial education to aspiring small business owners nationwide.

A Thriving Digital Community

2023 also marked significant growth in our digital presence:

  • Social media followers increased by 752%, reaching 1,682 followers.
  • Our engagement rates on Instagram (10%), Facebook (6%), and LinkedIn (7%) far exceeded industry standards.
  • Our email campaigns maintained a 43% open rate, surpassing industry norms.
